Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with any purchase you make at Bagmaster. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, or need to return it for any other reason, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. Once you have a return authorization please return your order to its original packaging and mail it back to us at:

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns.

All return shipping charges for standard returns will be your responsibility.  Once we receive your returned order we will apply a credit to your card for the amount of the original order, less any shipping charges.
